Hi there! I'm Bridgett Dunbar and I'm an author, speaker, creator of the Identity Restoration Framework, and co-founder of The 13th Tribe® alongside my husband Trevor Dunbar.
My work helps women stop outsourcing their confidence, reconnect with God, and become fully themselves again without striving, self-abandonment, or religious pressure.
With a background as a licensed marriage and family therapist, pastoral leader, prophetic teacher, and Spirit-led mentor, I bring a rare blend of clinical insight, spiritual wisdom, emotional depth, and lived experience to the work of identity restoration.
My mission is simple. To help women hear God clearly, trust who He made them to be, and live with the clarity, confidence, and wholeness that comes from restored identity.
